  3. Change of Delivery Address:

    • If you need to change the delivery address after placing your order, please contact us within 24 hours of order placement. You must provide a written communication via email, clearly stating the updated delivery address.

  4. Delivery at Customer Premises:

    • Goods will be delivered to the customer's premises as specified in the order. Please note that we are not responsible for carrying tanks up buildings or to specific locations within the premises. Our staff will deliver the tank where deemed suitable.

  5. Inaccessible Roads/Premises:

    • In the event that a road or premises is deemed inaccessible, our delivery personnel will deliver the tank to the nearest suitable point. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure a safe and efficient delivery within the limitations presented by the situation.

  6. Ownership of Goods:

    • The goods you have ordered remain the property of Nasib Paints and Hardware Ltd (NPHL) until they are paid for in full. Ownership is transferred to the customer upon full payment.
